Returns
At BeoVERDE we always hope you are pleased with your purchase. However from time to time there may be a reason why you want to return your order. We aim to make this process as simple as possible. If you have any questions, need help or advice when returning something please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@beoverde.ie
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you would like to return a product, please first contact us by email at hello@beoverde.ie and use the subject title ‘Return’ so that we can prioritise your needs. We do ask that customers returning products to give us feedback as to why they were unhappy with the product in question - this makes you a very important part of our quality control. We will aim to have your needs addressed as quickly as possible.
We can only refund products that reach us in a perfect, unused condition, with all relevant tags or labels still attached and in the original packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact. So please take care and retain everything, including the original outer wrapper, while deciding whether to keep your order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for returned products will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note, if your shipment was free of charge, but your original order value falls below €39 (our free shipping threshold) after making the return, our flat rate shipping rate (Ireland: €5.95; EU: €12.95) will be applied.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@beoverde.ie and use the subject title ‘Missing Refund’, that way we can prioritise your needs and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We only replace items, if they are defective or damaged. Please see the ‘Damaged / Faulty Items section below for details.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. However, the gift giver will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please add our address to the original outer wrapper the order was sent in and not directly onto the product packaging or box. You should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods or purchasing shipping insurance. Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are sent at your risk and at your own expense. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged / Faulty Items
We try very hard to ensure that our customers receive their order in pristine condition. Where your order is presented to you with obvious signs of damage we recommend that you DO NOT accept it from the courier and let them take it back. Ideally, take some photos of the parcel showing the damage. However do not rely on the courier to contact us, you should follow up and contact us as soon as possible so we can organise another order to be sent out to you.
Please inspect carefully and thoroughly each item immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at hello@beoverde.ie if an issue arises so we can follow up with the courier or the party at fault as quickly as possible. Providing us details and sending us pictures (from a mobile phone is fine) of the damage in question, is really useful. Once we have these details we will be in touch with you with instructions as to how you can return the damaged / faulty items to us. In the case of a damaged / faulty items we will of course, cover the cost of returning the items to us, this is at our discretion and is agreed by us in advance of you returning us the items in question.
Please note that we do not give refunds on damaged / faulty items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
