About the Creators: Iron Tazz is an avid camper, backpacker, hiker, and artist. Iron lives in the Pacific Northwest with his young family, who often join him on his adventures. Deborah Hocking is the Pacific Northwest-based children's book author and illustrator of The Great Pollination Investigation , and she illustrated Sydney & Taylor Explore the Whole Wide World , written by Jacqueline Davies. Whether canoeing through desert canyons, hiking through mountains, camping in the rain forest, or creating the art for this book in the traveling studio inside a truck camper she and her husband built, she is usually mid-adventure, and always with a backpack filled with snacks.
