DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Getting your parcel to you on time and as efficiently as possible is very important to us. This is why we work together with leading courier company DPD Ireland.
In some cases, we may use an alternative courier, such as An Post and its delivery partners, where this provides a more secure or reliable delivery service.
All orders (except furniture) are process within 1-2 working days and then dispatched from Dublin, Ireland.

IMPORTANT
Orders for Pre-Christmas ROI delivery will have to be dispatched on 22th December 2025.
EU (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands) Pre-Christmas delivery order deadline: 12.12.2025

We are closed from Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and
open again on Friday 2nd January 2026.

UK DELIVERIES
All UK deliveries other than Northern Ireland have been temporarily suspended.

FREE Ireland (ROI) Tracked DPD Delivery
It's free! Simply spend over €59 with us and you will automatically qualify for our Free Republic of Ireland Saver Delivery option (Tracked & Signed). Your parcel will arrive within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.
Ireland (ROI) Tracked DPD Delivery
For all Republic of Ireland orders under €59 you will be charged:
€5.95 – Tracked & Signed. Your parcel will arrive within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.
You can get this service for FREE by simply spending over €59 with us.

Furniture Deliveries
Due to the size and weight of the furniture, it cannot be shipped via DPD parcel service. In most cases, a two-person delivery is required. We will send you the relevant dispatch details, and your furniture is expected to arrive within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.

It's free! Simply spend over €89 with us and you will automatically qualify for our Free Northern Ireland Saver Delivery option (Tracked & Signed). Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.
Northern Ireland Tracked DPD Delivery
For all Northern Ireland orders under €89 you will be charged:
€5.95 – Tracked & Signed. Your parcel will arrive within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.
You can get this service for FREE by simply spending over €89 with us.

Selected EU Tracked DPD Delivery
(EU Select includes Belgium France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands)
For the above listed EU countries orders you will be charged:
€12.95 – Tracked & Signed (via courier delivery). Your parcel will arrive within 5-8 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of dispatch.

DPD Deliveries – Loss, Damage & Claim Timeframes
For all parcels sent with DPD Ireland (Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and eligible EU destinations), any claim for loss, damage or missing items must be reported to us in writing within 7 calendar days of the date the parcel was delivered, or the date delivery was expected (for non-delivery).
To help us raise a claim with DPD, please email hello@beoverde.ie with your order number, photos of any damage (including packaging) and a description of the issue.
Claims reported after 7 days fall outside DPD’s claim window, so we will not be able to investigate with DPD or offer compensation in relation to loss or damage arising from the delivery.
